CYBERHIRE TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: 20th February 2025
Welcome to CyberHire! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CyberHire's platform and services. By accessing or using CyberHire, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "CyberHire" refers to the CyberHire platform, including its website, software, and related services.
1.2 "User" refers to any individual or entity using CyberHire, including hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and administrators.
1.3 "Company" refers to organizations that use CyberHire to assess candidates.
1.4 "Candidate" refers to individuals who complete assessments hosted on CyberHire.
1.5 "Assessment" refers to any technical or skill-based challenge created and administered via CyberHire.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use CyberHire.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. CyberHire is not liable for unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your login details.
2.3 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and using CyberHire.
3. USE OF THE SERVICE
3.1 Permitted Use: CyberHire may only be used for lawful purposes related to cybersecurity hiring and assessment.
3.2 Prohibited Activities: Users may not:
- Engage in fraudulent or misleading activity.
- Share, distribute, or reproduce CyberHire's content or assessments without authorization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any aspect of CyberHire.
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
3.3 Candidate Assessments: Companies must ensure that all assessments are administered fairly and in compliance with applicable employment laws.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Subscription Plans: CyberHire operates on a subscription and pay-per-use model. Fees vary based on selected plans and usage tiers.
4.2 Free Trial: Users signing up for a free trial may be required to enter payment details. CyberHire reserves the right to automatically charge the subscription fee at the end of the trial unless the user cancels before the trial period expires.
4.3 Billing & Auto-Renewal: All paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
4.4 Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in CyberHire’s refund policy.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 Ownership: CyberHire retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including software, branding, and content.
5.2 User Content: Users may upload content (e.g., custom assessments, company branding). By doing so, users grant CyberHire a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and display such content within the platform.
5.3 Feedback & Suggestions: If you provide feedback or suggestions, CyberHire may use them without compensation or obligation to you.
6. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
6.1 Data Protection: CyberHire collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6.2 Candidate Data: Companies are responsible for handling candidate data in compliance with relevant data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
6.3 Security Measures: CyberHire implements reasonable security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for safeguarding their own systems and credentials.
7. TERMINATION
7.1 User Termination: You may cancel your CyberHire account at any time.
7.2 CyberHire’s Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or at our own discretion.
7.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to CyberHire will be revoked, and any stored data may be deleted.
8. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
8.1 No Guarantees: CyberHire does not guarantee the accuracy of assessments, nor does it guarantee hiring outcomes.
8.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberHire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
8.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify CyberHire against claims resulting from your misuse of the service.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
CyberHire may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
