Make a warm introduction
Introduce us to someone you know who hires cyber security people, by email or LinkedIn. Register the introduction with us so it is credited to you.

Get paid
When they become a CyberHire client and we receive their payment, we pay you £500. No targets, no selling, no paperwork beyond an introduction.

CyberHire is an online technical screening platform for cyber security roles. Candidates work hands-on in real environments - investigating alerts, hunting through logs, reviewing code - and the hiring team sees exactly who can do the job before they interview. Teams run it themselves, or our team builds the assessment with them.

What counts as a successful referral?
An organisation you introduced becomes a CyberHire client within 12 months of you registering the introduction, and we receive their payment. The fee is £500 per new client.
When do I get paid?
Once the deal has closed and we have received the client's payment. We then pay you by bank transfer, normally within 30 days.
What if someone else introduces the same company?
The first person to register the introduction with us gets the credit, for 12 months from the date it was registered.
What if you were already talking to them?
Introductions are credited for new clients. If we are already in conversation with an organisation, or it is already a client, we will tell you when you register it.
I am outside the UK. Can I join?
Yes. The programme is open worldwide. The fee is £500, paid in pounds sterling or the equivalent in your local currency at the time of payment.
Do I need to sell anything?
No. You make the introduction; we have the conversation. We give you a short email to forward so you do not have to describe the product yourself.
Who pays the tax on the fee?
You do. The fee is paid gross, and you are responsible for any tax due on it where you live.
Can recruitment agencies join?
Yes. Anyone can refer a team that is hiring cyber security people.
